Every order is packed with care and includes a tracking number once dispatched.

Custom or engraved pieces may take slightly longer depending on complexity.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USA & Europe: 3–6 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 3–6 business days

We do everything possible to ensure your parcel arrives swiftly and safely.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in original condition.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away and we’ll resolve it quickly.

Exceptions:
Custom-made or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

To start a return, message us with your order number and we’ll provide the instructions.

📏 Size & Fit Help

Each product page includes a detailed size chart in inches and centimeters.
If you’re unsure which size to choose, message us with your height, chest, waist, and hip measurements, and our team will guide you or create a custom fit.

⚡ Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 8 days, reach out to us.
We’ll investigate with the courier and ensure you receive a replacement or refund if your parcel is lost in transit.
